# Validate project balances

> Go to the Validate project balances (PM504000) window. Click Validate all to validate the balances of all projects shown in this window. To only validate the balances of particular projects, select the check boxes next to those projects. Click Validate. When the processing is finished, you will see a next to the successfully validated balances.
1. Go to the [Validate project balances (PM504000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/project-accounting/project-accounting-windows/validate-project-balances-pm504000/index.md) window.
1. Click **Validate all** to validate the balances of all projects shown in this window.
1. To only validate the balances of particular projects, select the check boxes next to those projects.
1. Click **Validate**.
When the processing is finished, you will see a  next to the successfully validated balances.
