# Validate project balances (PM504000)

## The window toolbar

## The top part

By using the check boxes in this area, you can indicate to the system to perform the selected additional actions on the selected projects (or all projects) during the next processing.

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">If you select this check box, the system will rebuild internal commitment records for the selected projects or for all listed projects.</td>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">Recalculate the amount of draft invoices</td>
<td class="vismanet-table__cell">If you select this check box, the value of the <strong>Draft invoices amount</strong> column on the <strong>Revenue budget</strong> tab of the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/project-accounting/project-accounting-windows/projects-pm301000/index.md">Projects (PM301000)</a> window will be recalculated.</td>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">When this check box is selected, the value affected by change orders in the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/project-accounting/project-accounting-windows/projects-pm301000/index.md">Projects (PM301000)</a> window will be recalculated for the selected projects or for all listed projects when you click <strong>Process</strong> or <strong>Process all</strong> in the window toolbar.</td>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">Customer</td>
<td class="vismanet-table__cell">The number of the customer for the project.</td>
</tr>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">Customer name</td>
<td class="vismanet-table__cell">The name of the customer for the project.</td>
</tr>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">Status</td>
<td class="vismanet-table__cell"><p>The status of the project, which can be:</p>
<dl>
<dt>In Planning</dt>
<dd>This status is automatically assigned to any new project with the <strong>Hold</strong> check box selected and reflects that the project is a draft and not available for selection in data entry windows.</dd>
<dt>Completed</dt>
<dd>All tasks for the project have been completed.</dd>
<dt>Cancelled</dt>
<dd>Project is stopped before its completion. You can reactivate a cancelled project.</dd>
</dl>
<p>Projects that are in planning are not included in the list.</p>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">The date when the project was started.</td>
