# Dunning letter history by document (AR408500)

This topic provides information about the elements in this window in Visma Net, such as fields, field values, buttons, and check boxes.

This window is available only if the **Dunning letter management** functionality is enabled in the [Enable/disable functionalities (CS100000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/common-settings/enable-or-disable-functionalites/enable-disable-functionalities-cs100000/index.md) window.

## The top part

In the top part you specify a customer, date range, and range of the dunning letter levels to view the history of the documents.

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">Dunning letter status</td>
<td class="vismanet-table__cell"><p>The status of the dunning letter, which can be one of the following:</p>
<dl>
<dt>Draft</dt>
<dd>The dunning letter has been prepared and can be released. You can edit the list of customer documents included in the letter.</dd>
<dt>Released</dt>
<dd>The dunning letter is released and can be printed or voided. If a dunning fee amount was specified for the level of this letter (on the <strong>Dunning settings</strong> tab of the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/customer-ledger/customer-ledger-windows/customer-ledger-preferences-ar101000/index.md">Customer ledger preferences (AR101000)</a> window), the invoice for the dunning fee is created and released as well.</dd>
<dt>Voided</dt>
<dd>The dunning letter is voided and the customer documents listed in this letter are available for preparing a new letter with the <strong>Draft</strong> status.</dd>
