You can also set preferences for print and emailing for a customer class. Go to the [Customers (AR303000)](/visma-net-erp/help/customer-ledger/customer-ledger-windows/customers-ar303000/) window. 1. Go to the **Invoicing settings** tab, and look for the **Print and email settings** section. 1. Select one of the available options: + **Print invoices** - print out and send the invoice by letter. + **Send invoice to AutoInvoice** - send the invoice electronically with AutoInvoice. + **Send invoices by email** - attach the invoice to an email. 1.
