Company
A Company represents an organization that uses an application. It may consist of multiple users and groups, allowing for structured management of user access and data visibility within the boundaries of that organization.
Create a new company
- Click the “New company” button
- Enter the required details
View company details
- Click the company name
- Check the displayed details
- Navigate to other tabs for additional details
Delete company
- Click the company name
- If the company had service activated: Click the Deactivate, then Terminate
- If the company does not have services activated: Click the “Delete”
- Approve as prompted
Include company in company group
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Company groups” tab
- Click the “Include in company group” tab
- Click the “Include in” link to add company to company group
- Click the “Save company” to apply changes
Exclude company from company group
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Company groups” tab
- Click the “Included in company groups” tab
- Click the “Exclude from” to remove company from company group
- Click the “Save company” to apply changes
Activate/Deactivate services
- Click the company name
- Click the “Services” tab
- Toggle the activation status of specific services by clicking Activate or Deactivate next to each service
Grant role
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Service access” tab
- Choose a user, user group or support user from the list
- Choose a role or role group
- Check the “Action” column to see unsaved changes
- Click “Save actions” to apply changes
Revoke role
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Service access” tab
- Click the toggle button in the “Action” column and switch it from “None” to “Revoke” for the desired roles
- Click “Save actions” to apply changes
View change log
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Change log” tab
- View all changes made to the company
Check default role group configuration
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Configuration” tab
- Look for the Default role group settings
- Verify or modify the default role group configuration if needed
Inform users about role assignment updates for company
- Click the company name
- Navigate to the “Configuration” tab
- Tick or untick “Inform users about role assignment updates”
