Organisation chart
If you use one of our Visma services where you register your employees in an Organisation chart, you can choose to assign approvers based on the organisation unit the requester is in.
To do so, you need to build the organisation chart and assign approvers based on the organisation units in the other service first. This information is automatically sent to Visma.net Approval. The Organisation chart in Visma.net Approval is read-only; any changes must be made in the other service.

| Element | Description |

| Inspect the organisation chart and roles as of | By default today’s date, but you can also choose to see the organisation chart as it was on a specific date. |
| Organisation units | On the left side, you can click through the different organisation units. The right side shows the users assigned to the selected unit. |
| Role | Shows which role is given to the user for the chosen organisation unit. |
| Holder | The user who holds the role for the chosen organisation unit. |
| Deputy | If selected, this user only approves documents that otherwise would have to be approved by the requester. |
