View a data import log

View data import job log

  1. Click Import data.
  2. Click Data import jobs. Existing import jobs are displayed in the list.
  3. In the list, click the data import job.
  4. Click View log.
  5. Click the Show details drop-down menu to see details.
  6. Use the scrollbar to scroll to the right to see the status of your items.
  7. Hover over the red cross on the endpoints that have failed to get a more detailed error message.

In the example below, a data import job has Partially succeeded, and you can see that the Invoice Order dimension failed.

NOTE: If your data import job fails, try to Run it again.
