Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

NOTE: If your administrator has enabled a Multi-Factor Authentication policy for all users, you cannot disable.

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click your user name, then click My Profile.
  2. Under Security, turn off the Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
  3. In the Disable MFA dialog, in the Password field, enter your password.
  4. In the Verification code dialog, in the Code field, enter the code from your authenticator app.
  5. Click Verify.

You have now disabled MFA for your OneStop Reporting user profile. The next time you log in to OneStop reporting portal, you only need to provide your username and password.
