Dimensions

The following dimensions are available:

• Department
• Project
• Cost Bearer

The choice of whether to enable dimensions, and which dimensions are relevant, is made by clicking the cogwheel for Settings in the upper right corner. The dimensions will then be available as a text field on each fixed asset.

Dimensions are not supported in the year-end closing section. To include dimensions in postings to the accounting system, you must therefore choose to export to Visma Business, Excel, or PDF.

Dimensions are supported in reports in that they can be used for filtering.

For more advanced reporting on dimensions, the fixed assets must be exported to Excel to create queries or sorting within the Excel workbook.
